Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel, please email us at skinlullofficial@gmail.com immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant and encrypts all sensitive data. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99. We offerfree standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Expedited and priority options are available at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Priority: 1–2 business days
- Overnight: Next business day (order by 12 PM EST)
Orders placed by 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Processing time is 1–2 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS (if opted in). You can also track your order on our [Order Status] page.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it’s been more than 7 days since the last tracking update, contact us at skinlullofficial@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.
