We ship to all 50 US states, APO/FPO addresses, and select international destinations.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders after 12:00 PM ship the next business day .


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility
  • During sales or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1-2 days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Tracking number via email and SMS (if opted in)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier information (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Track your order anytime at the carrier's website or through your [Order Status] page.


International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by location (typically 7-14 business days)
  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping charges
  • Some countries restrict certain ingredients—check local regulations before ordering

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address?

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it for you
  • Once shipped, we can't redirect packages—but we can help you contact the carrier

We're not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

skinlull is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your delivery location
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Email us at skinlullofficial@gmail.com—we'll help however we can

For lost packages (no tracking updates for 7+ days beyond expected delivery), contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier .
