We want you to love your skinlull products as much as we do. If something isn't working for you, we're here to make it right.
Effective ingredients. Gentle bases. That's what we promise. And if a product doesn't deliver that experience, you can return it.
30-Day Returns
You may return any unused or gently used product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be purchased directly from skinlull.com
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be at least 75% full (we understand you need to try it)
- Original packaging appreciated but not required
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lip products unless defective .
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@skinlull.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label (cost will be deducted from your refund: $7.00 flat fee)
- Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any USPS location
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when processed .
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@skinlull.com
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—your choice
We examine all products before shipping, but mistakes happen. When they do, we fix them—fast .
Exchanges
Want to try a different product instead?
- Initiate a return as described above
- Place a new order for the product you'd like instead
- We'll refund your original order upon receipt
This gets you the right product faster than waiting for an exchange to process.

We believe in our formulas. If you've used a product consistently for 30 days and don't see results, contact us. We'll work with you to find a solution—whether that's a different product recommendation or a refund.
